• Its role is flattening Arabic sliced bread .
• Its design is done by advanced technique for high fine control with thickness of loaf and its roundness, and for minimum errors in speed of work .
• It is supplied with two flour sprinklers, the first one is for sprinkling the flour on first face, the second one is for sprinkling it on the second face, all of that be to prevent adherence the dough when it is being flattened .
• Pushing the dough process from first step to final step is very easy and fine adjustment .
• It is supplied with cylinders are painted with hard chrome material .
• It is supplied with an inverter to control in speed of machine for enhancing speed of working .
• It is supplied with two engines each one has 1 HP capacity .
• All electricity parts and engines have European quality mark .
• In final step, the width of the cylinder is 80 cm .
