• Its role is flattening Arabic sliced bread .
• In this machine, the piece of dough is flattened twice, the first one is to molding the piece of dough and the second one is to flattening it as thin as possible , in addition to that, the both faces of dough piece will be sprinkled by flour .
• In the final flattening process in this machine, there are two stages, all of that will make the loaf has fine thickness and perfect roundness.
• It is supplied with three engines, two of them have 1 Hp capacity and the third has 2 HP , all of them are made in Turkey with Germany license .
• It is supplied with three inverters for controlling in speed of machine .
• All electricity parts and engines have European quality mark .
• In final step, the width of the cylinder is 80 or 90 cm as demand .
